For Walmart Canada's "Back to School. Stay on Budget" campaign, I led the brand's first-ever integration of AI technology to cut costs traditionally spent on photoshoots and set builds. I also introduced a sustainability-first approach for all signage, aligning the campaign with Walmart's commitment to environmental responsibility. This initiative achieved a record-breaking 96% satisfaction rate, the highest in Walmart’s history for a Back to School signage program, based on feedback from a national store survey that evaluated inventory, pricing, feature planning, and overall marketing.
